During these past five days SMAHPC project held a Tutoring visit in Prishtina together with local and international partners.
The project partners had the opportunity to discuss about the SMAHPC project’s operating model and expectations throughout these days. The relevant CPD courses that have been developed and that have been piloted or have already been piloted in Kosovo partner HEIs were analyzed and the results, which covered all the phases of this model.
Additionally, we had the opportunity to hear from the academic staff that piloted these CPD on some of these topics, such as multidisciplinary collaboration, client-centeredness, evidence-based work, and innovation and entrepreneurship. They provided us with insightful feedback about their overall experience, particularly with regard to the assessment and evaluation methods and new pedagogical approaches that were previously introduced by the experts from Finland and Turkey.
