Over ten Heimerer College research associates and students participated in a study visit to ”Jamk” University of Applied Sciences in Jyväskylä, Finland, to implement activities under the SMAHPC project, supported by the Erasmus + program.
Various workshops on learning platforms, new teaching methodologies, service in the health sciences, and the use of technology in enhancing the competencies of health students and healthcare providers were held throughout the week.
Our team also got the chance to explore other innovative centers, such as The Start Up Factory, Crazy Town, Game Pit, and others, which are start-up enterprises and shared spaces where entrepreneurship and innovation collide to allow young people and students to bring their business ideas to reality.
Our partners from the Southeast European Institute for Health and Social Policy, the University of Gjilan “Kadri Zeka, the University of Gjakova “Fehmi Agani , the NGO Autism, “JAMK” Univeristy from Finland, joined the Heimerer College team for the visit.
